Comes with 10 buttons. The buttons can be recorded over to use your voice and the word you want your dog to learn to use. The sticker sheet is so you can label each button for your own reference.
The foam pads hook together in a pattern of your choosing. The kit comes with directions.
We didn't use them for our dogs. The kids ended up recording themselves goofing off, so they only had one day of use. Each button can be recorded over and over as many times as you wish so that you can change words for your dog.
